Faulty Products

If your Vietnam water filter is faulty or defective upon arrival, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately with proof of the defect so we can arrange a return and refund or exchange.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order.

24-Hour Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase. If you decide to cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.

Early Returns Due to Trip Changes

If your trip is unexpectedly cut short and you need to return the filter early, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Each case will be assessed individually based on usage and condition. Please reach out to discuss your situation.
